SCD mini series

Introduction:

The Speed Commander Door mini series integrates the Speed Tech patent pending inverter drive with the control and safety circuitry in one compact, and cost optimized product.
However less feature rich than the SCD series, the SCD mini series includes the intuitive, graphical user interface, providing incorporating a comprehensive range of configurable parameters, as well as live diagnostics feedback enables easy setup of the system as a whole, and cuts service downtime to a minimum.

Wireless connectivity:

The SCD series includes SCip connectivity out of the box enabling wireless connection to most products in the wireless products category instantly.

Key features:

  • General purpose digital inputs: 
    • 4 x 24V tolerable.
    • 2 x 24V tolerable or quadrature encoder inputs.
  • Safety related inputs: 
    • 8K2 terminated edge. N.O. – Cat. 2 / P.L.d.
    • O.S.E. safety edge system.
    • NPN NC / D.O.T. type photocells or light curtain systems (front and rear).
    • Emergency stop circuit.
  • Outputs:
    • ​12V output for O.S.E. safety edge system.
    • Photocell transmitter.
    • Auxiliary relay (NO/COM/NC).
    • Power relay (NO/COM/NC).
  • ​Mains input:
    • ​Up to 230V +6 / -10% depending on model.
  • Motor output:
    • ​Up to 1,5KW depending on model.
  • ​Interfaces:
    • ​LCD graphics display.
    • Two RS485 channels, one dedicated to encoder communications.
    • SCip wireless.
  • Sold as either stand-alone PCB solution ready for custom build-in applications, or enclosed in a waterproof IP65 enclosure.
  • Build-in motor brake resistor (except the SCD mini 750G).
